הסרט ׳ימים מושלמים׳ של וים ונדרס היווה את נקודת הפתיחה לפרויקט הגמר שלי. הסרט עוקב אחר חייו של היראימה– עובד ניקיון בשירותים ציבוריים בטוקיו. שגרת יומו מורכבת מפעולות פשוטות רפטטיביות, המייצרות תחושת רוגע, יציבות וקשב עמוק לסביבה ולטבע. הסרט מציף שאלות על משמעות החיים בתוך עולם סוער, ועל היכולת למצוא נוכחות ברגעים קטנים של שגרה.

בקולקציה אני בוחנת איך בגד יכול לשמש כמרחב לגוף, ואת היכולת שלו לחבר אותנו לכאן ועכשיו. הקולקציה בוחנת את הדיאלוג שבין יציבות לדינמיות, בין חומר לשקיפות, בין צורה לחוסר-צורה, ובין הפשטות למורכבות המסתתרת בה.

קולקציית בגדי נשים, המשלבת דיגום אינטואיטיבי, חייטות בשילוב גזרות מסורתיות מהתרבות היפנית ודפוסים שיצרתי מדימויים שצולמו בזמן רכיבה על אופניים והשהות שלי במרחב הביתי. החומרים והצבעוניות נשענים על מוטיב ה־komorebi – אור החודר דרך עלים – ומייצרים חוויה שהיא בו בזמן מתבוננת פנימה ורגישה למרחב.

Wim Wenders’ film ‘Perfect Days’ served as the starting point for my graduation project. The film follows the life of Hirayama—a public toilet cleaner in Tokyo. His daily routine consists of simple and repetitive actions that create a sense of calm, stability, and deep attention to the environment and nature. The film raises questions about the meaning of life within a turbulent world, and about the ability to find presence in small moments of routine.

 

In the collection, I examine how clothing can serve as a space for the body, and its ability to connect us to the here and now. The collection explores the dialogue between stability and dynamism, between material and transparency, between form and anti-form, and between simplicity and the complexity hidden within it.

 

A women’s collection that combines intuitive draping, tailoring with traditional garments from Japanese culture, and patterns I created from images captured while cycling and during my time in my home. The materials and colors are inspired by the komorebi motif—light filtering through leaves—and create an experience that is simultaneously introspective and sensitive to space.​
