קולקציית בגדי נשים הנולדה מתוך תחושת תשישות עמוקה – פיזית ונפשית – שמלווה כל דרך אמיתית להצלחה. בעולם שמציג הצלחה כנקייה, זוהרת ונטולת מאמץ, אני בוחרת להפנות את הזרקור דווקא למה שמודחק: הזיעה, הדמעות, והקול הפנימי שממשיך גם כשאין אוויר.

 

בבסיס הקולקציה עומדת חליפת ה־tracksuit האייקונית, העוברת עיצוב מחודש ומתעסקת במתח שבין הנמוך לגבוה ובין פונקציונליות לאלגנטיות. הצבעוניות נעה בין גווני עור שהם סמל למאמץ וזיעה לבין גוונים פופים השאובים מעולמות הספורט.

 

בהשראה עומדות דמויות כמו המלכה קתרינה הגדולה, שהשיגה את כתרה בעבודה קשה, סרינה וויליאמס, סמל למצוינות עיקשת בספורט ואסתטיקה הלקוחה בעיקרה מעולמות האתלטיקה התחרותית . דרך עולמות אלה – ספורט תחרותי, מלוכה ומאבק אישי – הקולקציה מעניקה ליופי פרשנות חדשה – לא רק בתוצאה, אלא גם בדרך עצמה. מותש, אבל גאה. עייף, אבל זוהר. זה הסיפור
